For my sweet little niece

My most recent creation for my newest little niece. It  the disappearing nine's quilt square that my friend JJ taught me. It was pretty easy! This quilt has the "home made" look for sure (there were some serious matching up issues). But thats why she will love it. Its made with love from her dear old auntie.

Ah, so cute! I love making quilts! I never thought I would say that. I love that block though, it is one of my favorites.

Sweet quilt! You know we are getting old when we talk and are excited about quilts and are planning our next one during those few precious moments before we fall asleep. You should make one for the State Fair. You are not a quilter until you do so. Bring on the Blue Ribbon!
